Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value our guests' time and our therapists' schedules. To ensure fair availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy below.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Guests who miss their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the guest's account.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session. Full service price will still apply.
Payment of Fees & Policy Agreement
Payment of Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
Policy Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
